Si Tito Teddy lang ang kumupkop sa'kin at nagpalaki. Siya lang ang nagpaniwala sa'kin na despite everything that my parents did, I can still make something of myself.

I can be like them - succesful, respected. It's like pudding. Kahit luma `yung tinapay and badly made, it can still turn out to be something else.

Paella at Pagbabalik

i'm back. it's been sometime since i've'd blogged. almost a year i think. shame on me.... i'm not sure kung sobra sa trabaho, or kulang sa inspiration. maybe both... but the thing is i'm blogging now... which could only mean one thing, TJ's back.



i'm so giddy with excitement. TJ of course i my bestest friend-- oh okay, maybe a little more than that (heehee), whom I haven't seen in ages.
andami naming gagawin to make up for lost time. tagal din niya sa boston... and to start off, i welcome him of course with a favourite dish of his...

chef J did a great job again preparing it. buti nagustuhan ni TJ...
you see, nothing says love more than a bowl of paella....iba iba ang flavours, and textures, and ingredients, but it all comes together in a comforting, gooey, delicious spoonful. and satisfying too-- and isn't that what love is all about?
